After the Eclipse: A Letting Go Circle

By Lynn Tiang · Integrative Somatic Coach

A Pisces Full Moon Reiki circle designed to release what's already loosening: old grip, bracing, and whatever your system has been holding onto past its time. About this event

After the Eclipse: A Letting Go Circle is a Pisces Full Moon Reiki Circle, held in the quiet after an eclipse has already done its work. Where the Full Moon in Aries asks you to reclaim your fire, Pisces asks something gentler: to stop holding on so tightly, and let what's already loosening finish its way out.

What this is

Pisces is the sign of water, dissolution, and surrender. It doesn't demand or push. It just keeps moving, the way a tide pulls back out whether you're ready or not. Under this Full Moon, so soon after an eclipse, you're invited to notice what your system has already started releasing on its own, and give it a little more room to finish.

This is a collective Reiki circle, which means you are receiving hands-off Reiki as part of the group field. You do not need to be trained in Reiki to join or participate.

This is not a circle about fixing or forcing anything. It's about softening enough that what wants to leave can actually leave, and what wants to stay can settle in clearly.

You'll be guided through a somatic and energetic journey to meet whatever the eclipse stirred up, held by hands-off collective Reiki for integration and rest.

No prior Reiki, astrology, or spiritual experience is required. Come exactly as you are.

Who this is for

This circle is for you if you:

  • Feel like something shifted in the last week or two and you're still not sure what
  • Notice yourself holding on to a feeling, a role, or a version of a situation that's already changed
  • Are tired from over-processing, overthinking, or trying to control an outcome
  • Want a space to simply feel without needing to explain or fix anything
  • Are moving through an ending, a release, or the quiet after something big
  • Want spiritual work that is gentle, nervous-system-aware, and consent-based

What to expect

This circle will include:

  • Arrival and consent-based orientation (you'll always have choice)
  • Grounding breath and gentle body scan to settle your nervous system
  • Pisces Full Moon reflection: what's been loosening since the eclipse, and what's ready to fully let go
  • Guided release journey, imagined as a tide pulling gently back out to sea
  • Hands-off group Reiki transmission for integration and rest
  • Quiet reflection and journaling
  • Optional sharing
  • Grounding tea and light meal to close

You will always have choice. You can pause, opt out, stay seated, lie down, journal quietly, or simply receive.

Benefits you may notice

You might experience:

  • A lighter, less braced feeling in the body
  • More clarity about what you've actually been holding onto
  • A sense of having permission to stop over-processing something
  • Softer emotional edges, less reactivity
  • A quieter mind, especially around a specific situation or decision
  • Deeper, more restorative sleep in the days after
  • A feeling of being supported rather than carrying it alone

Good to know

What to bring

Please bring:

  • Warm layers and socks (warmth supports safety)
  • Water bottle
  • Journal and pen
  • Optional: blanket
  • Optional: a small object that represents something you're ready to release

Pre-class prep

  • Eat a light meal ~2 hours before.
  • Hydrate well throughout the day.
  • Limit caffeine 4 hours prior if you're sensitive.
  • Avoid alcohol/recreational substances for 24 hours.
  • Recommended arrival time: 10 minutes before the event starts, so you have time to settle.
  • You may wish to reflect on this question beforehand: What have I been holding onto that's already run its course?
  • If there's anything you want me to know beforehand, email hi@lynofuro.co.nz.

Contraindications and safety

Reiki is gentle and typically safe, but it does not replace medical or mental health care.

This circle includes guided visualisation, energetic work, and emotional reflection around release and letting go. It may not be suitable if you are currently in acute crisis, highly dysregulated, or unable to stay resourced in your body.

You are always welcome to modify, pause, stay seated, keep your eyes open, or opt out of any part of the practice. Seated and side-lying options are welcome.

This is a trauma-aware, consent-led space. Nothing will be forced.

About Lynn

Lynn Tiang is an Integrative Somatic Coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner. Lynn supports people who are high-functioning on the outside but chronically tense, exhausted, or "stuck" on the inside, often after seasons of corporate burnout, chronic stress, people-pleasing, or prolonged over-responsibility.

Lynn's work blends three pillars:

  • Somatic breathwork to help regulate the nervous system, soften protective patterns, and restore a steadier baseline
  • Reiki to support energetic clearing, heart coherence, deep rest, and integration (hands-off, consent-based)
  • Coaching to translate insight into grounded change

Lynn's approach is trauma-aware, practical, and spiritually spacious. The focus isn't on forcing transformation, it's on creating enough safety for your system to unwind, receive support, and reconnect with your natural capacity for calm, clarity, and rest.

Lynn opens a small number of private 1:1 Integrative Somatic Coaching spaces each month — nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and Reiki, with grounded coaching support between sessions.
