About this event
December opens with a New Moon in Sagittarius, a sign that asks what we actually believe and where we've been seeking meaning all year. This circle sits after that New Moon and just before the Sun moves into Capricorn, the sign of structure and what we're building for the next chapter. It's a space to close out the year deliberately, through a guided release journey and hands-off group Reiki, rather than carrying what the old year asked of you straight into January.

What this is
Who this is for
This is a circle for women only, for you if you:
- Are heading into the end of the year already tired
- Want to name what this year actually asked of you before it closes
- Are ready to lay something down rather than carry it into January
- Want quiet, not another obligation, before the holidays
- Have no prior experience, which is completely fine
What to expect
This circle will include:
- Arrival and consent-based orientation
- Grounding breath
- Reflection: what is this year asking me to lay down before it ends?
- Hands-off group Reiki transmission
- Quiet reflection and optional sharing
- Tea and a light bite to close
You will always have choice. You can pause, opt out, stay seated, or simply receive.
Benefits you may notice
You might experience:
- A real sense of closure on the year, not just a date changing
- Less carried tension heading into the holidays
- Clarity on what's actually worth carrying forward
- A steadier, more restful state going into the new year
Good to know
What to bring
Please bring:
- Warm layers and socks
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen
- Optional: blanket, eye mask
Pre-class prep
- Eat a light meal around 2 hours before.
- Hydrate well through the day.
- Limit caffeine for a few hours prior if you're sensitive.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
- You may wish to reflect on this beforehand: What is this year asking me to lay down before it ends?
Contraindications and safety
Reiki is gentle and typically safe, but it does not replace medical or mental health care. This circle includes guided reflection on the year's real weight, which may not be suitable if you are currently in acute crisis or highly dysregulated. You are always welcome to modify, stay seated, keep your eyes open, or opt out of any part of the practice.

About Lynn
Lynn Tiang is an Integrative Somatic Coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner. She works with people who look capable on the outside but live with chronic tension, exhaustion, or a sense of being "stuck" underneath — often after seasons of burnout, over-responsibility, or prolonged self-abandonment.
Her work blends somatic breathwork to regulate the nervous system, Reiki for energetic clearing and deep rest (hands-off, consent-based), and coaching to turn insight into grounded change. The approach is trauma-aware, practical, and spiritually spacious — less about forcing transformation, more about creating enough safety for your system to unwind and reconnect with its own capacity for calm and clarity.
Go deeper — 1:1 with Lynn
Lynn opens a small number of private 1:1 Integrative Somatic Coaching spaces each month — nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and Reiki, with grounded coaching support between sessions.
