About this event
Taurus is an earth sign, ruled by Venus, governing the body, the senses, and our relationship to rest and pleasure. This Reiki Circle sits in Taurus season, close to the Full Moon in Taurus, as an invitation to actually listen to the body rather than just think about it. Through a guided body-awareness journey and hands-off group Reiki, we slow down enough to hear what's already being communicated in tension, fatigue, hunger, and ease, long before the mind catches up.

What this is
This isn't about achieving a state. It's about noticing what's already true in the body, gently, without rushing to fix or explain it.
Who this is for
This is a circle for women only, for you if you:
- Constant seeking for something to fill the void, the gap
- Have been told to rest, yet rest itself feels difficult
- Noticed tension, fatigue, cravings, or habits that feel sticky
- Craving groundedness constantly, yet it feels far away
- Have no prior Reiki or body-awareness experience, which is completely fine
What to expect
This circle will include:
- Arrival and consent-based orientation
- Grounding breath and a guided body scan
- Reflection: what is my body already telling me that I've been talking over?
- Hands-off group Reiki transmission
- Quiet reflection and optional sharing
- Tea and a light bite to close
You will always have choice. You can pause, opt out, stay seated, or simply receive.
Benefits you may notice
You might experience:
- A clearer sense of what your body has been signaling
- A softer, less rushed relationship with your own pace
- Reduced tension in the jaw, shoulders, or gut
- More ease receiving rest without needing to earn it
- A steadier, more grounded baseline after the session
Good to know
What to bring
Please bring:
- Warm layers and socks
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen
- Optional: blanket, eye mask
Pre-class prep
- Eat a light meal around 2 hours before.
- Hydrate well through the day.
- Limit caffeine for a few hours prior if you're sensitive.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
- You may wish to reflect on this beforehand: What is my body already telling me that I've been talking over?
Contraindications and safety
Reiki is gentle and typically safe, but it does not replace medical or mental health care. This circle includes guided body-awareness reflection, which may not be suitable if you are currently in acute crisis or highly dysregulated. You are always welcome to modify, stay seated, keep your eyes open, or opt out of any part of the practice.

About Lynn
Lynn Tiang is an Integrative Somatic Coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner. She works with people who look capable on the outside but live with chronic tension, exhaustion, or a sense of being "stuck" underneath — often after seasons of burnout, over-responsibility, or prolonged self-abandonment.
Her work blends somatic breathwork to regulate the nervous system, Reiki for energetic clearing and deep rest (hands-off, consent-based), and coaching to turn insight into grounded change. The approach is trauma-aware, practical, and spiritually spacious — less about forcing transformation, more about creating enough safety for your system to unwind and reconnect with its own capacity for calm and clarity.
Go deeper — 1:1 with Lynn
Lynn opens a small number of private 1:1 Integrative Somatic Coaching spaces each month — nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and Reiki, with grounded coaching support between sessions.
