About this event

After a year away, this one's finally back. People have been asking, more than once, and it felt like time. I'm not planning to run another immersion like this for a while, my focus is shifting toward 1:1 work and shorter journeys for now, these sessions take a lot of setup and I'm usually wiped after. So if you've been waiting, this is the one to grab.

What this is

A breath-led journey into the deep intelligence of your soma, the living, sensing body, as a portal to emotional clarity and nervous system balance. Through Elebreath® somatic breathwork, you're guided through a five-phase arc: grounding, activation, cathartic release, integration, and soulful reflection.

We open with cacao. Live sound and curated music support each part of the journey, helping the nervous system settle into deeper rest. Gentle somatic movement helps release held tension and restore body awareness, so energy that's been stuck has a safe way to move. We close together with tea and something to eat, so you land slowly before heading back into your day.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • You're navigating emotional fatigue, a life transition, or a sense of misalignment
  • You've been doing all the right things but still feel stuck
  • Your body holds stress or tightness that feels emotional in nature
  • You feel emotionally numb or hypersensitive and want to reconnect gently
  • You long for a space to breathe, release, and come home to yourself

No prior breathwork experience needed. All levels welcome.

  • Arrival and consent-based orientation, opening with cacao
  • Grounding breath and a gentle body scan

  • Live sound to support the release and the rest that follows
  • Journalling and quiet reflection, with optional sharing
  • Tea and a light bite to close

You might experience:

  • A deeper sense of calm, and a softened jaw or shoulders
  • A steadier emotional baseline
  • A clearer mind and improved focus
  • Emotion moving, tingling, warmth, or temperature changes, or simply a deep settling, all of it welcome and normal
  • A lifted mood and more room to feel

Participant words

"The opportunity to do something different to yoga and work on releasing trauma. It felt incredibly therapeutic and great to feel the release of stuff I'd be holding onto and to do so in a place I felt safe and held to do that."
"I've done breathwork a few times, twice in a group environment and a handful by myself. After tonight's workshop with Lynn, I really felt her energy and guidance. She made me remember how important it is to connect with my breath. Lynn's approach helped me calm my mind and release tension, giving me clarity and peace. Highly recommend her sessions!"
"First time I have done somatic breathwork and I can really feel the impact it has had on me. I'm always on a journey of personal healing, and I'm really interested in connecting with people in the spiritual and wellness space." — Danielle
